Transition

Pam enjoys helping mid-life men and women move positively through challenging times into new territory in their lives.  Pam has piloted through transitions in her own life including:  divorced and raising her child alone, caring for her elderly ailing mother, successful remarriage, small business entrepreneurship and major career changes.  Through years of self-development Pam has learned to use life's challenges as learning experiences to live positively in the present.  Making the transition from the business world to coaching was natural for Pam.  Over the years, friends and colleagues would often come to her when they had challenges in their work or personal lives.  Pam is passionate about combining her areas of expertise and experience in coaching to help people make triumphant transitions in their own lives.

Business

During Pam's 30+ year diverse business background she has experienced success in marketing/human resources/employee relations for two San Francisco Bay Area corporations, small business entrepreneurship in the Sierra Nevada mountains, working for a nonprofit organization, project management and as a Realtor®. She understands the day-to-day demands of small business ownership/management, what it takes to survive in the corporate world, and the challenges of working as an independent contractor. Through these opportunities Pam fine-tuned the important people skills necessary to maintain positive relationships with co-workers, employees and customers. She brings her vast first-hand business experience, which includes conducting seminars and teaching classes, together with the latest coaching practices to assist her clients. Pam has a natural ability to connect with people on a personal level whether coaching one-or-one or speaking to large audiences, and enjoys conducting workshops and speaking pro bono for nonprofits.

Personal Passions

Pam loves the outdoors. She lives on acreage amongst tall pines and oaks with her best friend Paul - who is also her husband! When Pam and Paul aren't playing with their bundle of energy, Welsh Terrier Reilly, they enjoy gardening, kayaking, golfing and classic cars. Pam's absolute favorite thing is to spend time with her beautiful entrepreneur daughter.

In Pam's spare time she's an avid reader. Being a speed reader she averages about one to two books per week. If there was time, she'd be reading more! On the creative side Pam has performed on stage in dinner theaters, enjoys writing both fiction & nonfiction, and finds true passion in public speaking.
